upright red sm150pxUpright RedA big, bold blend dominated by the King – Cabernet Sauvignon and complimented by its essential wingman, smooth, silky Merlot.  Rich, black fruit flavors with an undercurrent of dark chocolate. Plenty of tannins to stand up to anything beefy but perfectly balanced by the round, ripe fruit. Not a shrinking violet.

Loaded with black pepper and smoky cedar tones but never obscuring the delicious black fruit. Subtle notes of dried fruits and licorice continue to emerge as it opens. Pair this with wild mushroom penne in a gorgonzola cheese sauce.
